We are a church without a building – we use two venues.
On Sunday morning we meet in the hall at Kenmore South State School. The address is 16 Kersley Road, Kenmore.
There are two entrances – one on Kersley Road (park on the street or in the top car park and walk down to the hall) and the other on Glen Frew Street / Strathspey Street. Here is a map.
And on Sunday Night we have begun using the Kenmore Uniting Church property. The address is 982 Moggill Road, Kenmore.
Church on Sunday morning is made up of people of all ages, backgrounds and stages of life. We sing, we pray, we hear the Bible taught, and we catch-up over morning tea. Bible teaching is intended to be at the heart of our morning and we hope that our understanding of the Bible will shape the other things that we do together as a church.
On Sunday mornings (in school terms) we run KPC Kids and creche during the sermon. Partly so that the kids can learn from the Bible at their level, and partly so that their parents can too.
You are welcome to join us, we have visitors at church with us most weeks.
NightChurch is similar to Morning Church, we sing, we pray, we hear the Bible taught, and we catch-up over supper. But being later in the day, NightChurch attracts a slightly younger group of people, and has a more relaxed feel.
During school terms we run Youth Group before NightChurch.
Everyone is welcome to come to church twice on a Sunday – but most of our regulars choose one or the other.
We replanted NightChurch on Sunday 21 February 2016 with a renewed statement of who we are:
“we are a gathering of people forgiven by Jesus.
We live for him in dependence on his Word and prayer.
We live for each other as we build one another up to maturity in Him.
Through speaking, praying and living we make God’s love for the world known”
